These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JumpStart Alarm mobile application and any related services (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you confirm you have appropriate permission to use the Service.
2. The Service
JumpStart Alarm provides alarm functionality and may also include additional features such as timer, stopwatch, world clock, and task-based dismissal mechanisms. Features may vary by device, operating system, and version.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You must not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Use the Service in an unlawful or abusive manner.
4. Purchases and Payments
Certain features (including alarm unlocking functionality) may require a one-time purchase or other paid access.
All payments are processed exclusively through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
We do not process or store your full payment details.
Refunds are governed solely by the policies of the relevant app store.
We may change pricing, introduce new paid tiers, or modify purchase structures prospectively.
5. Modifications to the Service
We may modify, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Use and Device Responsibility
The Service operates in conjunction with your device's operating system and settings. You are responsible for ensuring that relevant permissions, notifications, battery optimisation settings, and other device configurations allow the Service to function as intended.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we cannot guarantee that the Service will operate completely error-free or without interruption.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data.
- Our total liability to you arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed: (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) £10 if you have not made any payment, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and content, are owned by or licensed to Kochalunkal Holdings Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, including app stores, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and other service providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or address breaches of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your location provide otherwise.
